Hi, I’m Garrett Kincaid

I grew up in Leawood, Kansas, studied quantitative finance in Hoboken, New Jersey, and recently moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where I work as a writer and editor. I aspire to be an adventure-sport polymath (currently learning mountain biking), and I am both most exhilarated and most at peace when moving quickly downhill, between trees, in deep snow. I’m a champion of self-publishing (a self-publishing “bull,” if you will) and built this site accordingly. More than any other skills, writing and editing are what I want to master in life, and I expect that pursuit to send me on some grand adventures along the way. Thank you for being here.
